This intensive weekend training is open as a workshop to all who are interested. It is one part of the 50 hr training program, which is divided into 3 weekend trainings.

In this weekend we will explore the fundamental principles involved in bringing mindfulness into yoga. This workshop is a valuable opportunity for learning key elements of mindfulness practice and how it can integrate into our yoga practice, and further into our lives. Participants will receive a Mindful yoga manual for the weekend of training.
