This intensive weekend training is open as a workshop to all who are interested. It is one part of the 50 hr training program, which is divided into 3 weekend trainings. In this weekend we will explore the potential for yoga and mindfulness to transform our difficulties and suffering into wisdom and freedom. This workshop is a valuable opportunity for learning how to use mindfulness and yoga for their ability to enlighten, awaken, and ultimately transform our lives in the most beneficial ways.

Participants will receive a Mindful yoga manual for the weekend of training.
